Every project begins with listening: to the place, to the people, and to the traces that time leaves within spaces. Matter, light and orientation become tools to restore a quiet order, transforming constraints and complexity into essential, enduring and recognisable places.

The studio assists private clients, companies and professionals in the verification, regularisation and transformation of properties, following each assignment from the reconstruction of the lawful status through to the completion of the procedure.
The work begins with the survey, access to public records and comparison between the actual state of the property, building titles, cadastral documentation, urban planning regulations and any applicable constraints. This analysis makes it possible to reconstruct the history of the property, identify discrepancies and assess whether they can be regularised in relation to their nature and period of execution.
Based on these checks, the correct design and administrative path is defined, including the procedures introduced by the Decreto Salva Casa, which is not a general amnesty but requires a specific technical and documentary assessment. The studio prepares the applications, manages relations with public authorities and coordinates the necessary activities, maintaining continuity between design, authorisations, cadastral updates and the execution of the works.
